Sore breasts. Am I pregnant?

I had a miscarriage (5weeks) about 3 months ago. I had sex when I ovulated, but we tried to be safe. It’s been 4 days since ovulation and my breasts are extremely sore. Especially in the nipple area. (My breasts have been slightly sore since the miscarriage but not like this). With my first pregnancy my symptoms were sore breasts. Is there a chance I’m pregnant again? Could it be after effects of the miscarriage? Is this something I should be worried about?

Have you have a proper period since? this might be your body’s way of telling you your period is on its way, but you’re only 4dpo, so it could just be the progesterone your body releases during ovulation, best wait another 10 days and take a test, fingers crossed for you xx

So I’ve had 3 proper periods since. My breasts have been sore throughout all of them. But now extremely sensitive. I’ve never had sore boobs before. So it so confusing.

You’re only 4dpo so the egg wouldn’t have even implanted yet and would still be fertilising, I’d honestly give you a good guess and say it’s your progesterone levels rising following the release of the egg, I didn’t get this every month but I definitely noticed it when it did happen, I’d just try not to stress and symptom spot, give it another 10 days and take a test, then you’ll know for certain xx
