Gender of the fetus
It’ll stay the same unless the sonographer made a mistake
At 20 weeks the babies gender will be determined, although they do usually say at scans that they cannot be 100% accurate - a friend of mine was told she was having a girl but ended up having a boy! Overall by 20 weeks the gender won't change
Mine stayed the same
Babys sex is determined soon as the egg is fertilizer, as determined by DNA. The ultrasonographer might get it wrong but the sex will not change.
I think if they say it’s a boy, it’s a boy. I was told that if they say girl, and they couldn’t see clearly, there’s a chance it’s a boy. I know two ladies who were expecting girls end up with boys!
I was told during my last pregnancy it was a boy and he has been a joy in our lives! Looking forward to my scan for my second in three weeks time - either way, a healthy growing baby is what we are hoping for! 🤗
The sonographer told me she was pretty sure I was having a girl. I don't think they ever tell you they are 100% sure of the sex. They didn't mention sex at the growth scans though, I think they were too busy doing the measurements!
Both sonographers got the gender right with both of my children. They will never say 💯xxx
