Last week on Friday I had blood test for Gestational diabetes. When am I suppose to get the result?

Within a week if you have it. They won't normally phone you if you don't have it.

I got my results at my next midwife app 4 days later. They told me the results come back as quick as the next day (not sure if that's the same for everyone) but I would imagine they would call or send a letter

Because I was so far in my pregnancy (34 weeks) my midwife checked results and called me the following day on the Saturday x

I’ve had this twice. If you have it you will get a call the following day. If not then they will just write out to you with the result. x

I think if you have gestational diabetes they will call the following day, like they did with me, if you have not heard anything it might be good news. No news is good news

They sent my result through post one week before my next appointment and asked me to give it to my midwife.
