Hi, I think I am pregnant, only a few weeks. I suffer from Spina bifida and so I know that I won’t be able to have a natural birth (quite happy), is there anything I should be aware of?

Probably a question for you midwifery team when you let them know about your pregnancy. They'll go through everything in detail with you at your booking in appointment and refer you for care under a consultant if you need additional care.
Once you've had a positive pregnancy test, contact your local midwife team with your last missed period date and they'll arrange for your booking in appointment.
All the best x
I’d contact your local midwife ASAP, as you’ve got spina bifida they might want you under consultant led care with more checks, but congrats momma ☺️xx
