GOOD DAY ALL I HAVE A QUESTION TO ASK IS IT POSSIBLE TO FALL PREGNANT WHEN BEING INTIMATE WHILE ON YOUR PERIODS. THIS TOOK PLACE LAST MONTH WHEN HUBBY CAME HOME FOR THE EASTER HOLIDAYS THE DAY HE ARRIVED THAT IS WHEN MY PERIODS STARTED AND WE MADE LOVE. SO LATELY I HAVE BEEN SO TIRED AND DONT WANT SOME SMELLS AROUND ME. IS IT POSSIBLE THAT I MIGHT BE PREG?

Unlikely if it was the only day, and you normally regular but everything is possible. Have you missed a period?

when you mean waiting for your period, is that because it is still to come or have you missed it (aka it was meant to come but didn't). If you have missed your period then you should check a pregnancy test, as its the only way to know. But as I said if you are regular, it is unlikely to get pregnant when intervourse is during your period, as you are not ovulating then, and its not normally a fertile window

Yes its possible. Depending on when you ovulate. Most sperm dies within 1 to 2 days but can remain living in the cervix for up to 5. So is a possibility. But as others have said the only way to tell is with a pregnancy test. The cheap ones from home bargains are as good as any as it tests for the pregnancy hormone.

I ovulate on 14th day but I have read there comments that some women ovulate 2x a month - after period and later on, so if you are one of those super fertile women then it's totally possible!

But most say - I have had few times in my life when I think I am maybe pregnant as I feel a bit nauseated (did tests and negative) and then my period appeared....

So- just wait a bit (though Clearblue test I did says it picks up pregnancy 5 days before the period but everyone always suggest to wait and do it after missed period)

Good luck!

Just remember - light period could also mean baby's implantation bleeding.

Good luck to you,x
