Cramps at 14 months post c section.

I have been getting cramps (almost like menstrual cramps) in my lower stomach randomly (not when on my period). They last anywhere between a few minutes to 2 hours and I tend to get them during the night. It’s been 14months since the birth of my child via caesarean. Also I’m not pregnant. Is this normal? How long before my body should feel back to normal after a c section?

Heya, I had a c section too 8 months ago. I'm not getting these cramps (yet?), I do get soreness if I wear jeans/tight fitting clothes on my belly. Did the cramps only start recently? Is there anything you're doing differently?

I'd try and get a referral to a gynecologist to get a proper check done. Hope you feel better soon!
