Sign of a miscarriage?

I am 2-3 weeks pregnant I’m getting mild stomach cramps and no sign of any nausea or morning sickness, sore breasts etc.

Only thing is I keep getting hungry.

Is this a sign of an early miscarriage or is this normal? Thank you

Congratulations on your pregnancy.

Its normal to get mild cramping. However is the pain is really severe or you start bleeding I would get it checked out just to be on the safe side.

Morning sickness tends to start around 5 or 6 weeks. Even if you don't have any symptoms that doesn't necessarily mean your having a miscarriage.
