Stopped taking the pill and having pain

I had my period at the beginning of this month and haven’t gone back on the pill as we want to start trying for a baby. It’s now been about 5 days since my period ended so I’m guessing my body has realised i am no longer taking the pill. I have endometriosis and today my endo pain is back in full force after not having pain for a good few months. Could this be because I’ve stopped the pill? I can’t cope with this pain for however long we have to try for, it’s so horrible
