Early pregnancy pains

Are ovaries (in turns) and uterus little cramps a sign of early pregnancy? My period was due 3 days ago and I didn’t have a drop of blood yet. Usually I have spotting every day (pink, red, brown) the previous week before period arrives. I am so scared to do the pregnancy test!

They could be symptoms of pregnancy or your period coming, you'll need to take a test to confirm as there are no symptoms that could guarantee either way.

Test then you’ll know good luck
