Hi, my 10 month old son is on 3 meals and 3 bottles of milk a day but I'm finding that he has been intermittently constipated over the past week. He poos at least twice a day but recently one of them will be normal and the other will be hard and lumpy. He gets offered plenty of water throughout the day and is an extremely active baby.
Any suggestions on what may help? I do have some pureed prunes from Ella's kitchen but haven't tried that yet.
Thank you x

My lo suffered terribly until he got on to cows milk at 12 months. I found a prune puree a day the answer (sainsburys do there own for half the price of ellas kitchen)
I am pregnant for the first time (and super excited ) but my niece used to have horrible issues with constipation when she was around 1 and the only thing that helped was prunes. Good luck!
Another vote for prunes! My LB has 2 or 3 chopped up with his after lunch or dinner fruit as a matter of course. Absolutely loves them! I keep a pouch of dried prunes in the fridge. They last forever, no stones, no messy juice, easy peasy. Good luck 😊xx
