For a positive, you'll have a straight up and down line in the control window (the small window) then the test window itll be a cross like this +. For a negative there'll still be the line in the control window, with just a single up and down line in the test window.

If it's a + then yes. Do a digital one, it will either say pregnant or not pregnant and give you an estimate of how far along you are
