Periods after birth?

So Iv given birth 5 months ago and since my periods have returned they haven’t been the same. This is my 4th child but this time around is different. So when my last period was due I got really dizzy and I had more Bowel movements. Which I never got before. Now my next period is due soon and Iv had terrible bad diarrhea for the past 2 hours and feeling sick. Which Iv never experience before a period. An when my period does come it’s so heavy. Are these effects normal before a period or is there something wrong you think.
