I was expecting twin pregnancy after I had my dating scan.! However, I had my twelve weeks scan last week and found only one twin. The other is healthy and alive thank God. They said one twin demise the other. Has any one experienced that.

Sorry to hear your news, that must have been really sad for you. However, I’m so glad the other twin is doing well! I have heard of this but haven’t experienced it myself. My friend had a twin pregnancy last year and they found one of the twins was taking all the nutrients from the other. They had to wait as long as possible to give both twins the best chance of survival before they got them out at 25 weeks. Sadly one only survived for a few weeks but the other is very well now. I know it is common for these sort of things to happen with twins. Good luck for the rest of the pregnancy! xxx
