Hey Poppy. Come and join us on baby and us forum. How are you feeling? I know that Post natal depression can be hard. I have had and I know it’s hard but I found talking to someone who has experienced it so helpful. Plus it’s good to have a chat about every day boring stuff with a no judgemental person.
