Your wife is best of downloading a period tracker and using that to work out her dates so she can start logging her cycle length and work out dates. Datesbased on one month's cycle went be very accurate. She can also check her cervical mucus, she's ovulating when it's like egg whites.
No one will be able to tell you a date given the info you've provided and not knowing her cycle length and regularity. You're best off this month getting her to check her cervical mucus for signs of ovulation, and have sex every few days, then if it doesn't happen for you this month, start tracking her cycle from now on.
You need to track your cycles and read up about ovulation if she has irregular cycles it’s more difficult but can be done !your wife needs to get to know her body check her temperature and mucus .you may need to speak to a g.p and make sure she has no other issues like PCOS .you need to buy ovulation sticks to make sure she’s ovulating even with a period it Dosent mean you are ovulating you can experience annovulation and you won’t get pregnant if you experience annovulation.please get your wife to post more details about herself so we can help
Rather than days of the month (month lengths vary) she needs to know the length of her cycle. So how many days is each cycle counted from the 1st day of the period, each 1st day of the period is the 1st day of the new cycle. Work that out and see how many days that actually is. It's normal to vary by a couple of days each month, e.g. a cycle can be 28 days plus/minus 3 or 4 days.
There are lots of great period tracking apps- maybe she might even be able to put in data retrospectively which would catch her up a bit.
Plus, you would be better off having sex all the days leading up to ovulation (if that works for her and you) not just the day of ovulation itself so if you can narrow it down to say 3 days either side of the 14th day of her cycle that might be good until she's tracked her cycle+temperature+mucus more effectively.
