I came off the injection 9 months ago and my period returned in December. My periods have always been irregular (currently on week 4 with a 3 day break inbetween 🤦♀️) and I can't pinpoint ovulation with test strips. I have just ordered a basal thermometer to see if I can work it out from there. Has anyone done the same? How did you get on?

Hi Jamm1,
I do believe coming off the injection can make your periods a little irregular in the short term. Are you TTC? Ovulation tests if I am honest would be more accurate then taking your basal vitals.
