Periods

My period is 6 days late, i was meant to start Sunday and Tuesday I got the contraceptive injection. Before the injection I was having unprotected sex quite a lot. Everyone is telling me it’s late because of the exam stress or my hormones, my period has always been regular and starts on the day my app tells me. I don’t really know what I’m doing I’m just not sure what’s happening

Stress is possibly the cause, maybe even the injection has thrown things out of whack. The only way to be sure though is to be brave and take a pregnancy test. I hope whatever result you get is the one you want x

i suggest you take a pregnancy test to be sure.. i was in the same position like you sometime and i was pregnant

I never had a period when I was in the injection. I had it for about 3 years and never bled, because of the hormones in it your app probably won't be any use with the injection. If you're worried about being pregnant though you should take a test to double check.

It's normal to not have periods when you are on the depo injection! I was on it for about 10 years! it does stop your periods, if you miss periods then maybe it is a time for you to come off it and just stick to the "pill" you take each day instead. :$
