Can someone help me understand what “normal” cramps are in early pregnancy? I get worried about EVERY little thing that’s happens. And just want to ease my mind. Thankyou in advance for any advice

Mine felt like mild period pain but did not last very long. If you're concerned about your pains contact your midwife, they'll be able to advise and possibly get you booked in for an early scan.
