Im 18 + 4 and due my 20 week scan 2 weeks today. I have been feeling flutters since around 15+5ish and its been pretty constant. I havent felt anything for the last 5 days so called midwife and she told me to go to hospital gynae ward to check heartbeat. Lady scanned me rather than using a doppler and said I had anterior placenta so wouldnt feel as much movement as the placenta is getting bigger.
She then said 'SHE is breach at the moment but this is completely normal at this stage'
She didnt move the scan down 'there' at all so im wondering if she slipped up and revealed gender or if they just refer to them as she until its been gendered. I dont want to find out the gender so Im just hoping its what is said. A lot of things I have read refer to baby as she in the early days!!!
Can anyone reassure me that she didnt slip up!!
