There's a lot of information out there about it. It's very normal. White discharge comes at the end of your cycle before your period starts and it's no indication of pregnancy.

When you have missed a period take a pregnancy test.

It could be thrush or BV or a few other things, but may be normal. would suggest your sister visits a sexual health (GUM) clinic if she isn't pregnant and if the discharge isnt normal for her.
