Just found out I’m pregnant which is very exciting but I’ve developed a constant dull headache over the last few days and was wondering if this was anything to be worried about? And also if anyone had any good remedies for it as I heard a Radio 4 programme that said taking painkillers could lead to miscarriage?
Thanks!

I had a constant headache at 12-14 weeks, that’s just come back again at 16 weeks!
You can take paracetamol while pregnant. Make sure you drink loads of water, and my midwife recommended a magnesium supplement of no more than 400mg a day. It seemed to massively help, but like I say it’s back again now so who knows! Xx
I get headaches a lot through pregnancy but I'm slightly anaemic. Do you have iron in your multivitamin? When you get your initial blood tests done they should check that
