I can assure you cramping is very normal at this early stage. I'm recently pregnant with my 3rd and had them every time. There's lots of stretching going on to accommodate your baby.
I'm not sure if the midwife will send you for one,but you can pay privately to have an early scan x
Thank you XX I normally do a hit class 5 times a week but have skipped it since finding out a week ago... now worrying That not excercising will be doing more harm than good (plus I feel the weight gain already! As have been eating more) but the nurse I phoned said not to excercise while I have the cramps? Xxx
Hey just found out I'm pregnant too and I'm exactly the same got constant cramps bit I know it's normal but it's always a worry until there here in your arms
Hi, I was the same with both cramping and anxiety about miscarriage. It's a very worrying time. I got through it by trying to keep busy, doing relaxing things and by avoiding Googling pregnancy-related things as much as possible. I also told myself that if the worst did happen, I would have the strength to cope and support from my loved ones.
Hello. I was exactly the same when I found out too. I am 9 weeks today and I have had a private scan and seen the baby and it's heartbeat but I am still very anxious something may go wrong. I had strong period like cramps at the very start of the pregnancy and also I had trapped wind like pain twice which was very painful. Time goes very slowly but I try to remind myself that the chances of miscarriage are low and staying positive is very important. Apparently after your first trimester, time will go very quickly but we shall see! x
