I have a pregnancy app and it says that at 12 weeks, you should be able to feel the top of the uterus? Yet I cant. I'm 12 weeks today? I dont understand what it even feels like to be honest?

I wouldn’t worry I couldn’t feel anything at 12 weeks and I’m having twins! I could only start to feel anything at around 16 weeks and it just felt a little harder.
What app do you have ? 12 weeks is very early usually you won’t feel anything until much later. If you are 12 weeks you should have a dating scan and be able to see you little one moving around on the scan (you won’t hear that tho)
I could never feel anything. I don't know what I'm supposed to be feeling anyway! Just keep relax and enjoy the second trimester when all the kicking starts
With my first I did not not feel anything untill the week 16 when started feeling him moving about.
Now with my second I could feel my uterus exactly how high it was, and how it grew overtime.
Don't stress yourself out trying to feel anything!
Try to relax and enjoy this pregnancy! ❤️
I couldn’t feel anything then and not sure if I can now at 16weeks with twins. X
I still wouldnt have an idea how to 'feel my uterus' I'm 27 weeks and the only way I can feel it is from baby kicking and when I have discomfort. Not sure what it's meant to feel like!
Sometime shortly after the first trimester I could feel where my uterus was growing. I was just gently pushing around above the pelvic bone and could feel a firmness that was different to how my stomach usually felt
I agree - it felt like there's an orange inside me - I could feel round outline- first around the area where my pubic bone is and slowly it grew bigger and went up higher- I was counting how many fingers bellow belly button it was ...
To be honest I wouldn't have known what to feel for! Don't worry, that's what your midwife is for 😁 You could always ask them to let you feel it if you're curious. I did that with my baby's head - very surreal 😊
