Am I pregnant?

I've taken 4 pregnancy tests over the last 3 months as I missed pills and panicked but about 2 weeks ago I missed 3 pills and was having consistent sex without protection. And for the past week or more I've had severe cramps in my stomach, I discovered about 4 weeks ago stretch marks on my upper thigh and yesterday I discovered stretch marks on one of my breasts which are feeling sore and uncomfortable. I'm either hungry or not hungry and suddenly have wierd cravings for food I don't normally eat. I keep feeling sick but won't vomit, or I feel faint and hot. I've noticed my stomach has gained a bit of weight.I'm just confused and don't trust Google. I'm not sure what to think.

Any suggestions?

Only reason I found out I was pregnant is because I started having weird cravings at weird times and started having hot flushes on a night

If you want to get pregnant then you're on the right road!

If you don't: I suggest to change your contraception as it will fail eventually, if you will keep missing pills.
