Could I be pregnant

I've been on the mini pill for a good 6 years and I'm normally really good as taking it cut a long story short, missed one completely out the night before 🙊 yeah 😅 I've kept telling myself I'll be fine it was only 1 pill but my nurse has now told me I've got a chance I might be and ive litrally had every symptom going, I'm hoping I'm just overthinking, I'm to scared to take a test now I don't know what to do

My periods are few and far between because of the pill

Only way fo know is to do a test and if that is unclear a blood test x
