My ultrasound showed that my amniotic fluid is low, deepest pocket is 3.7cm. What should I do now? I am so scared. I had 2 miscarriages before. Dr suggest me for another ultrasound at 30 weeks. Any suggestions please 🙏🏻😭

Try not to worry, I was told this at one of my scans, they scanned me 2 weeks later and the fluid had returned to normal xxx

Not really I asked the same things there isn't much you can do it increase the fluid levels. Just make sure your hydrated and drink plenty of water. I'm sure everything will be back to normal for the next scan x

The same in 28 weeks of my pregnancy we went for private 3D scan and they told us that there is not much “water “ around the baby. We call the hospital and we went for monitoring the baby heart beat and Pulse .

Baby was ok but from that moment we had scan every week for about 4 weeks to just keep eye on . My fluid was much lower then yours.

Week 30 amniotic fluid was 1.5cm . In week 32 suddenly fluid increased to 4.4cm so we was really happy .

Week 36 fluid level was 3.0cm so did drop bit .

Week 38 fluid level drop again to 1.5cm . With all this low fluid they always was checking kidneys and other little organs of my baby and she was completely fine .

She was born weight 4kg born 39 week through c section because she was breech .

I don’t know if that make any impact on increased the fluid but I was making sure to keep 2L water a day to drink .

What your doctor said?xx

Oh 😍 that’s great. My doctor will do another scan to check the level of fluid. She said if the fluid will decrease so they will do early delivery.

Thanks for your reply ❤️ Much relaxed now

I’ve read that making sure you’re well hydrated helps a lot
