Blocked ears

Does anyone experience blocked ears (like when you go on an aeroplane) and sometimes you have to pinch your nose and blow to pop your ears if that makes sense. It’s starting to become more of a daily thing. More than once in the day, and leg cramps in the middle of the night

Any tips or is or just part of pregnancy

in reply to 2Baby2019

I think mine was worse when I had a cold. But unfortunately i think it's just part of the pregnancy. I did read that having the heating on can cause dry nose through the night so try to get some air in the house. I also didn't yet resort to pouring olive oil into my ears. I wasnt quite sure how to do that or how it might work. Sorry i couldn't help more x

Any tips for leg cramps. This time it was 6.30 am so not too bad but it brings back memories of jumping up in the middle the night in agony with my last pregnancy
