Cramp like pain

I can’t remember with my daughter but I keep getting cramp/period pains is this normal or something to worry about I’m 17 + 3 days

I distinctly remember around 16 weeks being the worst week for me for cramping period pains xx

Ok thankyou. It’s just occasionally but sometimes the pain is quite sharp n stops me in my tracks

Yes I also had a lot of cramping which I think are growing pains between weeks 17-19. I was told that cramps without other symptoms is fine, only need to seek advice if you also have bleeding. I found that hot water bottles helped me most. Hope you feel better soon.

I got terrible cramps up until about 22 / 23 weeks I think. If you’re really concerned or it gets really painful then speak to the midwife. If it’s a sharp pain it’s probably round ligament pain or pelvic girdle pain. I’m still getting the odd twinge at 29 weeks.
