What it is I’ve been working all day walking about 12.5 hours constantly on the go and it’s not the first time I’ve noticed this but it’s the second time I’ve had to run myself a hot bath and climb, sink, plonk myself in due to the pain. It’s all down my lower back/ upper buttock my hips knees groin and It can radiate down my bum to my leg and that’s painful I noticed today like a popping feeling when I walk too I just don’t know what to say or do because first it feels like siatica but then sometimes I feel like my hips down all need to be cracked or twisted the pain can be immense and I struggled to walk to the bathroom which in my house is down stairs and that was a bloody trick n half has anyone else suffered with some thing like this?

It could be sciatica i had it with my 2nd sounds similar are you able to get to a chiropractor at all ?? I see mine during this pregnancy and it helps loads!! Bit pricey but i get it half price with health insurance and my particular is a group which also does groupon packages so its worth it otherwise woukd suggest seeing what gp/ midwife says not fun by any means hope you can ease it soon xxx
Worse pain ever i had all this pain when I first found out I was about 10 weeks and it disappeared and now has come back to revenge me at 26weeks had a good 16week run around I forgot to mention it to my midwife as they have changed mine she seemed lovely but verry chatty felt like I couldn’t get a word in I’m gonna try get into my gp after the weekend I suppose as the pains just waking me up especially after being at work 😩
Could it be SPD? I’ve got pains exactly like you are describing and mine is SPD. It’s all around my pelvis, it radiates into the very tops on my thighs and all across the bottom on my back, it’s so painful, my pelvis clicks when I’m in bed and turn over. Could be? X
I work in a hospital I have spoke to the therapists and they just said go to my doctors and get referred to hydrotherapy to try help an honest I thought about going down stairs on my bum and realised to try sit down I was in more pain and sometimes if I lie flat on my back the pain shoots up from my bum up my spine I need it sorting cos it kills 😩
I have the exact same feelings as you. I went to physio last week with the NHS through my midwife and they have given me lots of exercises to do to try and help and they are helping. Unfortunately, it possibly won’t disappear, but could become easier. Our bodies are carrying differently, your bump makes your spine carry in a different place which can put pressure on all parts of your pelvis, resulting in lower back pain, pelvis pain, sciatica like pains, SPD. It’s all interlinked.
