You could have a look for some videos on YouTube? I found hypnobirthing videos especially helpful. Otherwise ask your midwife to go through the information with you?

I have seen this online interactive antenatal support advertised at my local maternity day care unit. I have no personal experience but since my local NHS trust are willing to advertise them I should think they are genuine and trusted nowbabylive.co.uk/
