Well ladies I am 41+2 and fed up :) my induction is booked for Sunday. I have just been loo and am pretty sure I've had my show. What do you all think? Will I end up having a natural birth after all?

I had what I believe to be my show last week and am currently 38+6, I told my midwife and she just said tht people can have their show weeks before labour starts, she said the only time to call hosp is if waters break or contractions are strong and close together. so I would love to hope tht the end is near for u, have u tried some of the things that are 'apparantly' meant to kick start labour...eating pineapple, raspberry leaf tea, sex. have u got a birthing ball? x

Oh yes tried everything to my husbands joy ;-) i just think what will be will be now

I've had my show about 2 weeks ago and so many symptoms and nothing!!! My due date is today but clearly nothing will go on for a while. However, everyone's different so I will have my fingers crossed for you that you will get your baby asap before induction! It can be the beginning for you :D

Thank you. Fingers crossed x

Its always a possibility

Just like the other ladies have said you can lose your show & not have anything else happen but then again every woman's different so

GOOD LUCK!!

xx

Some people have a show & some dont. Hopefully your labour will start without being induced, bet Sunday cant come soon enough.

I was booked for induction but had baby girl at 41 week + 2 days. Birthing ball and walking around malls really really helped (i was on my toes for two days - kind of pregnancy boot camp i guess :P )
