Any idea on menstrual like pains @ 38weeks? Water hasn't break yet though. A bit of increase in discharge since week 36 and lower back discomfort. Last week also I saw a thick creamish discharge once.
Anyone with such experience please share...

I’d call the midwife unit and go in to get checked out. You may be in early labour. The creamish discharge could have been your mucus plug (or part of it). The cramps and lower back pain could be contractions or indicating something needs checking (or may just be Braxton Hicks). Please get checked out to be on the safe side x
Thank you Shem, I checked with Midwife last night and she just said my body may be preparing for labour so if anything I should call triage. I was just lying down almost whole of yesterday. And this abdominal pains comes and goes.. I'll call triage today and perhaps go there.. Thank you very much 🙏 🙏 🙏
If it’s coming and going, try timing it to see if there’s a pattern. Yes, triage is a good idea. They should pop a monitor on you to check baby’s heart rate and to see if you’re having any signs of contractions. Good luck and I hope everything goes smoothly! Xx
Yeah just preparing for labour youll know when your in labour youll get niggly cramps all day that increase in pain over hours waters dont always break when they do the contractions do increase. Exciting times good luck xx
