I don’t want anything extra, but want something not so common.
I know a lot of people have names and then change it at birth, but I want to be geared with at least a list to choose from.
We are having a girl, any name ideas are also welcomed!

I did buy a book but we already had tons of girls names we liked but it was just in case there was something we hadn’t thought of. We also wanted something that wasn’t too common.
We found out we were having a girl at 16 weeks so had plenty of time to chose.
We had settled on Florence very early and even got a toy box with her name on so she had to be Florence even if she didn’t look like it 🙈 xx
We had twins but didn’t find out what we were having. I was adamant we were having two boys or a boy and a girl. We had always said our boys name was Arthur and girls name Mollie. We were just going to wing the other boys name on the day. When we had another girl I managed to get my favourite name past hubby, even though he wasn’t keen when I had mentioned it in pregnancy. So our girls are Mollie and Roma.
I looked through baby names lists but also wrote down any names I saw on TV Programmes, books or musicians that I liked and made a shortlist. Xx
We just went through lists of names couldn’t decide on a boys at all good job we had girls lol we picked Keira Neve & Alysha Mae. Alysha ended up so common but spelt so many different ways.
We only have a boys name picked this time Harrison, my partner actually picked it before we were even pregnant.
Picking names is so hard, I mean they got it for life. We haven’t found out the sex, which makes it harder, we have spoke about names but haven’t set our hearts in anything. I love names that you can’t shorten, we have quite a few girls names but not many boys. I like names you don’t really hear off, but my husband isn’t that keen, not a lover of common names. I love the name Freya for a girl
I’m so glad this thread has been made, I have a list but really can’t decide which one. It has to begin with “A” because my FIL and husband both begin with “A”
For boys
Arlo
Addison (means son of Adam, adam being my husbands name)
