Hello my name is Naz I am a mother of our 9 year old daughter and pregnant with our 2nd child in February sex to be revealed at birth. I have been Qualified as a Physiotherapist for over 10 years and have worked in private practice during my career. I also teach Pilates and been Qualified in ante and post natal Pilates. I have treated and helped a number of ladies during pregnancy suffering with back, neck, pelvic pain. I find this patient group do not get much help while they are pregnant and I have been successful helping theses ladies to manage their pain and improve comfort. Therefore I have decided to do a series of videos each week of my pregnancy from week 23 to teach safe exercises during pregnancy to prevent aches & pains, keep strong and fit throughout pregnancy.
