4 week
Yes, and ideally hope so as I am nearly 6 weeks and don't feel a huge amount - and I am not sure if anything I might feel might be my brain being over sensitive x

I had a miscarriage of twins (empty sacs) in March this year. It is so nerve wracking, but I keep telling myself this time is different. Good luck xxx

I’m around 4 weeks give or take (not sure on last cycle as they are irregular) and I have massively sore breasts and sore and hot nipples that are sticking out more than usual. And I’m having some sharp stabbing pains in one side of my lower abdomen and up my fairy. (By sharp I mean sudden, but not terribly painful at all)
I’m 4 weeks and apart from an ache in my lower back I really don’t feel any different.
This is my second pregnancy, my first was April last year and that ended in miscarriage at 6-8 weeks. So I’m praying this baby clings on to be my rainbow baby.
But I don’t remember the backache last time - but I’m worried I don’t feel any different. Shouldn’t I be throwing up or something?!
4 weeks can be a little early to feel anything for some people. Only 1 of my 3 pregnancies have had tell tail signs early on. Sickness doesn't always come either. Not feeling pregnant isn't an indication of anything wrong so don't panic. It all might kick in later but you might actually be lucky & be fine. Tiredness & bloating have been mine, sickness minimal with this pregnancy & non existent with my first 2. It's a very individual thing x
Thank you. That makes me feel a little bit better.
I think the back pain is related as I’ve only noticed it the last week or so but only found out Sunday evening I was pregnant. Also tasted metal once or twice which I believe is fairly common.
I know many first time pregnancies end in miscarriage and then the next time is absolutely fine. But it is in the back of my mind - but I think that is only natural. This is the first time I’ve conceived since so it’s been a while!
As weird as it sounds I really wouldn’t mind sickness or something - just a sign that things are going okay. Baby is very much wanted and needs to stay put!
