Morning. Have a diabetes check this morning . Fasted since 9 last night but have terrible nausea :((( can I drink black tea ?

I will take my anti sickness if I can ....

I was told black coffee and tea but that was two years ago so maybe it’s changed.

Its probably best I only had my test a few month ago im 35 weeks pregnant this week.
