I’m 31 and 3 days underneath my belly and around my abdomen towards the top of my vagina aches so much even moving in bed hurts is this normal?

Sounds like third trimester aches and pains it's not fun today all my thighs are aching. Speak with midwife if your worried hun, xxx

Third trimester pains, I remember these! Is your belly going hard and looks square? If so this is Braxtons. I had them all through third trimester. They hurt but are the bodies way of preparing for labour. Nothing to worry about. I would recommend doing Yoga first thing in the morning and last thing at night as this can really help with pains (avoid things like downward dog). Also sleep with lots of pillows. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy x
