Work life and pains

I have a really active job constantly running around on my feet and throughout it I get these pains/cramps right under my bump these come when I’m walking to work too which is around 45 mins long I’m 23 weeks pregnant and my bmi is around 37 has anyone experienced these my midwife has said they may be muscle pain but it’s only at work never at home or when I’m out somewhere on the weekend

Hi, sorry to hear that you are getting some pain, have you tried a pregnancy belt? I started using mine around 30 weeks. You can always try something to keep your back straight as well it might help balancing boob increase and bump increase.

Sounds like pelvic pain or round ligament pain. I have spd and I get pains in the crease of my groin where my hip joints and ligaments are moving too much. It's normal to get pains where you are getti g them but if you are concerned then you should ask to be referred to physio
