Breastfeeding and morning after pill pain!!

After having a disaster with a condom on the 1st July, which naturally is around ovulation time for me 🙈 I took the levonelle morning after pill on the Tuesday, we are now nearly 1 week after the morning after pill and man breastfeeding is hurting me sooooo bad my nipples are so sore like my LO has been feeding for hours and hours! He is nearly 2 so a pretty experienced boober! I now have the fear I am pregnant and that's why my nipples are so sore. My period isn't due for another 8 days! Any advice or experiences would be great!!!

Hi hun.

Morning after pill can mess with your hormones and it could be the reason for your pains. Only way you can be sure the pill worked is to wait till the day your period is due and if it doesn't start, take a test. Also, good job of breastfeeding for that long. Mine stopped at 2years and 2 months. I wasn't sure why he wouldn't want his night time feed anymore and then I found out I'm pregnant. He knew before me...
