I am now 7 weeks pregnant and am taking my folic acid and vitamins . The last two days I found I can’t swallow them without gagging and vomiting :((( any ideas ??

I don't know, ask the chemist. Some folic acid tablets are really small though, can you take those?

I have to visit the pharmacy , I upgraded to more multivitamin and omega oil once I found out I am pregnant . They are massive !!! Maybe simple folic acid would be enough ?

The main supplements you need are folic acid & vitamin d. You can just buy those separately & don't cost the earth either. Then, when you see your midwife ask what she suggests- our clinic offer a multi vitamin that's tiny compared to anything you can buy in the supermarket & only about £2 too xx
