Why am I still get negatives on pregnancy tests and still getting symptoms??

Basically I am due a blood test today, I have had constant backache, leg cramp and flu like symptoms, no period since Feb but no sex, but few days before the unprotected sex I had ovulation pain and I had the unprotected sex on 17th March and on the 20th March I had the pinky brown spotting, I haven't had my period for March but I keep getting cramps, feeling really tired and I have two cold sores appeared so I'm not sure why when I normally have 1 appear but two?? That's not like me.

You can have a delayed period and all of those symptoms if you’re run down or have a cold, the negative tests could be right and you’re just not well! Hopefully you get the result you want, but if not then get some rest and be kind to yourself.
