It's so frustrating. My old friend is 20 weeks pregnant, 3 of my work colleagues have announced their pregnant, my aunt has just had a baby and I work in a nursery so see and deal with tones of babies.
Also my partner may be a dad to a baby that's about to be born but will need a DNA as there's a few potential fathers but I'm terrified it's going to be his.
Why is it so hard to try to get pregnant?! I feel like giving up. I feel like I'm noticing it more because of the situation.
I'm feeling so so down about the situation right now plus it's my "time of the month" still so this clearly doesn't help. The stress is unbelievable 😤😭

I know how you feel. It took us three years of trying, two IVF’s and a miscarriage to get our baby girl. Through that time there was 6 girls at work who got pregnant as well as tons on Facebook. It didn’t get any easier but you do learn to try and block it out.
Definitely rant away it can make you feel better plus I find when you confide in people you know they don’t get it so always good to have somewhere like here to express your feelings xx
Usually my partner is right there with me and understands but I think because his so stressed with this other person being pregnant (over due was due the 1st April) he is begging for the baby not to be his but my gut instinct is that it is his baby and I think I'll struggle to deal with that too. As he said if it is his he wants full custody as the girl who's pregnant already lost one child to social services and this one she's about to have, they've told her she's not allowed it due to self harm and her depression. I just feel like I'm never going to have a baby and it's so hard when it's all you've ever wanted. In all honesty I don't know what to do or where to go from here xx
I can’t imagine how it must feel. All the stress probably isn’t helping with you trying to conceive either. Hopefully it won’t be long until she had the baby and you can find out. How long does a DNA test take? You’ll just need to take each step at a time and go from when you find out the results xx
Yeah I don't think the stress helps at all. Plus my period was late probably due to the stress and now it is longer than normal which is probably stress too, feels like I've been on forever🙄 I've been reading up on DNA results, it can take anywhere between 3-12 weeks which makes me feel even more anxious xxx
Blimey that is a long time and definitely won’t help with the stress. It’s always the way, when you try not to be stressed there is always something that pops up. I always tried to think when every month passed that we had another month to save so our baby could have lots of nice things xx
I know how you feel, we have been trying for almost a year now. Which I realise isn’t as long as a lot of people have been trying for, but when it seems like every other person I know is pregnant it’s devestating. So I don’t have any advice but I know how you feel. My partners ex is pregnant with her 5th baby. And I’m struggling to conceive a 3rd (first born was premature and passed away, 2nd is now 4yrs old)
I remember feeling like this. I now have two children and sometimes I wish I’d made more of my child free days as as much as I love them to pieces I am no longer able to just pop out to the shops or have a spontaneous day out doing something just for me (I don’t have any family close by). Hard as it is, give up ‘trying’ and just enjoy having sex. Eat and drink what you want, go out as much as you can, write those little grateful notes and pop them in a jar, when you do get pregnant and you’re fed up with being tired all the time, not being able to eat or drink everything you want to, open up a few of the notes and remember all the fun you had before.
Having a baby is really hard work, sleep deprivation is torture, feeding them (what feels like) constantly is exhausting, worrying about them all the time for the rest of your life - it’s wonderful to have children, but until it happens be totally selfish, work on your relationship with your partner, as once you have a baby you don’t have as much time for them. I love being able to think back over the 8 years my partner and I spent together before we had children and although there have been some low moments in the last 6 years since having children, we’ve made loads of awesome memories. I turn 40 next year, life is for living and enjoying, have fun! Xxx
Hey a times it feels frustrating but u ghatt to keep your hopes up...I know how u feel cuz there was this time that I saw nothing else but pregnant women and baby mamas all around me.but keep trying optimistically your time will came
Hi dear, I know exactly how you feel. I'm going through the same thing. I've been trying for 14 Months now without a success yet. All of my friends are having babies. It's so hard to cope especially when you want it so badly. We just have to keep on trying and believe in God. Our time will come and I believe it's just in the corner. Don't stress yourself too much dear. Stress is the biggest killer. I know it hard not to think, my advice to you is pray instead of worrying. God is your strength and he will give you ,your heart desire. You just need to believe. I pray everything goes well for you xxx
