Hi all, I’m eating little and often and drinking plenty. But I’m constantly feeling sick even after eating ginger biscuits. Could this be contributing to coming to the end of my pregnancy at all? Any advice will be appreciated...
thank you in advance xx

Congratulations. How far along are you? Sickness can happen at any time. Some ladies only get it in the first trimester, some throughout (me!) and some at the end. You are doing all the right things by eating little and often and staying hydrated so can’t offer much more advice. Labour can be exhausting so staying hydrated in the days leading up to birth is definitely recommend. Try and get plenty of naps if you can to keep your energy up but also gentle exercise like yoga/walking/swimming can help. Once your baby arrives sickness should go xx
Hello, thank you and I am 34 weeks pregnant now. So I haven’t got long left at all! I really suffered in the first trimester with sickness, didn’t think I would have it back- haven’t been sick just keep feeling sick a lot of the time. And thank you very much for the advice- I’m still keeping as active as I can before the little one arrives xx
I had times during my pregnancy when I thought the sickness had gone. Then it came back! Being/feeling sick is so horrible. Not long to go now. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy xx
