Sore throat

Hi all, just wondering if there is anything I can have for a sore throat until I can get into the doctors tomorrow?? I did ask my midwife but she’s not got back to me yet. As it looks like tonsillitis maybe.

Medication wise stick to paracetamol not much else is safe. Otherwise things like honey and lemon in hot water.
