I want to know if these urine test strips can be wrong sometimes

Yes they can if you test too early and your HCG hormone levels are therefore too low detect.

The control line on the test stick will also let you know if the result is accurate. Over saturation or not enough pee will sometimes fail the test and the control line will not appear.

Why what was the issue with your stick? How long did you wait to test?

I had my period last since November 28...my boobs are really hurting,I took a urine test yesterday afternoon but came out negative. I don't know if it's d strip or I didn't use an early morning urine

I would probably speak to you gp for some blood tests... if you missed two periods a pregnancy test would be positive by now. There might be another reason why you are missing your periods.

I’d try a first morning urine and a Superdrug, first response or clear blue one. If still negative go to gp for bloods to be done. All best x
