Period 3 weeks late

Hi there! I am 3 weeks late... I have been on the pill for years and have always been regular with it. I had my last period around Halloween which was in the middle of my pills. (not when I was suppose to have it)... I didn't have it when I was suppose to have it that month. Then got to this months pills and didn't start my period when I was suppose to either.

I've been off and on nauseous and lightheaded, i've had headaches, and fatigued. I've taken 3 urine pregnancy tests the past 2 weeks and they have all been negative. Went in for blood work for a pregnancy test and to test to see if i'm even ovulating, but i wont have answers for another 5 days since they are closed for the holidays.

Anyone else experience anything like this? Thanks!

Unlikely your pregnant if you've had negative tests, possibly stress related and the pill only gives you a withdrawal bleed not an actual period so it is likely to miss it every once eon a while
