Go to the pharmacist and ask what you can get... other than that is warm milk, lemon tea, warm baths and get warm clothes when you go out...

Hot honey and lemon, sea water nasal spray or steam inhalant to unblock your nose. When I was pregnant it was ok to take small amounts of paracetamol, so if I felt really bad I’d take one tablet, I don’t know if that recommendation has changed. If it’s a virus there’s not much else you can take. If it’s bacterial see your doctor and there are some antibiotics you can have. Get well soon.

hot honey and lemon and lots of rest if you can get it. You can’t have lemsips or cough mixtures, aspirin or ibuprofen for example. medicinesinpregnancy.org/Me...

Paracetamol I was told to keep at an absolute minimum. Your local pharmacist will be able to help you.

As with any situation in pregnancy, if you have any doubts, speak to your GP! They’ll be able to diagnose, reassure and make sure you’re on the right medication if at all. Hope you feel better soon! X

Although you can be prescribed antibiotics, they can cause thrush especially in pregnancy.

Put a hot water bottle on your chest. Don't go into big temperature chamges after that without wrapping warm wnd keeping your heat. Don't get any cold after showers or baths. Your pores are open and you can get bad sinusitis etc.

Cocoon yourself and rest.

Paracetamol, menthol rub (vicks etc) lemon and honey in hot water.

DO NOT TAKE SUDOFED. the drugs reduce the efficiency of the placenta. Always check withe pharmacist x
