I know some people may think I’m weird but I can’t help but stress with thing pregnancy can’t wait to speak to the doctor about my anxiety’s, however I just got some frozen chips out put them in the oven for 45mins got them out started enjoying them and came across a bad one asif it had been bruised I never ate it but I still can’t help but worry about it as it was in same tray as the ones I was eating should I worry about my baby????

It’s the same as when your not pregnant If have a chips and you find a bad one, you throw it away and still eat rest but you feel fine in the next day don’t you? So nothing to worry about!

I think you know yourself the chip in the bin is not going to harm you. What may cause harm is intense anxiety throughout your pregnancy. Don't panic about panicking but do speak to your doctor about reducing anxiety.

Bless you, anxiety is a horrible thing. Don’t worry about the chip honey, you and the baby will be absolutely fine. Make sure you speak to dr though. There’s help there for the taking xx
