Hello everyone.

I was just wondering and your probably going to think I'm mad for saying this but has anyone ever had a pregnancy where it doesn't show up on a urine test or blood test? Your probably gunna think I'm mad but I have been feeling sick for the last three weeks and it is currently under investigation. I have a ultrasound coming up next week and I am a little worried that if it shows up that I am pregnant on the ultrasound and doesnt show up on tests because I have been taking anti-sickness tablets

My pregnncy did not show on preganpcyy tests until about 6 weeks

If you are worried about taking antisickness medication you should talk with your gp. They do prescribe some medication during Pregnancy, So you should let your gp know that you suspect you are pregnant. Your gp might tell you it's safe to continue or he/she might prescribe something different.

She knows I am concerned about it but because I keep dehydrating myself where I'm being sick she has put me on them anyway

Have you asked her if it's safe to take during Pregnancy?

No because I only just thought about it

Just give them a ring tomorrow morning or you can try 111. Better don't use Google, cos info you find there about anything pregnancy related can scare you.

They’re okay usually, there’s 8 different ones you can take in varying strengths. I’m pg and was prescribed them by my gp. The anti sickness tablets could not have any interaction with the amount of HCG in your blood or urine.

I was prescribed both cyclizine via tablets and through IV and prochlorperazine for sickness when i was between 5-7 weeks until present (16wks) and was reassured that they were safe to take, and that the only reason the leaflets say do not take during pgcy is because they cannot test specifically on pg women
