Congratulations with your pregnancy.
Pregnancy sickness is quite common and most of us have experienced it one time or another. I would suggest you try to eat anything you can keep down. You might try to eat very bland foods as toast with butter, biscuits etc. At this point it doesn't really matter what you eat as long as you eat something. Usually sickness gets worse if your stomach is empty. Try to eat something before getting out of the bed, drink loads of water.
And you should ring your gp/midwife. lightheadedness is a symptom of dehydration.
Have you tried light exercises in fresh air like walks? I know when the nausea hits we don't really want to move about but it might actually help.

I feel exactly the same not morning sickness more like all day sickness. I get travel sickness so have been using my travel bands which is helping a bit can get then from any chemist, it uses pressure points. Hope we both feel better soon x
Rich tea biscuits or ginger biscuits. Sometimes leave a pack by the side of your bed n eat one before getting up :). It's helped me and a few of my friends! Congratulations and I hope you feel better soon! Xx
